Well I must say thank you very much for the warm welcome, and thank you to justa for the invitation. It is so nice to see a bunch of familiar friendly names here.
For those who don't know me, my name is Sean and I am from Melbourne, Australia. I am married to the most beautiful, amazing women a man could ever hope to meet. I have two boys, 1 aged 3 and a 5 month old baby. I own a construction company and a restaurant, and I am a bit of a fitness buff. And in my spare time, I collect coins. ;D
I collect primarily Australian coins, both pre decimal and decimal. However I specialise in shillings. I am working towards a complete uncirculated set with accompanying proof set from 1955 on. I also collect King George V Indian rupee's, Canadian coins and have recently started on US coins, with much thanks to the likes of KurtS, arthrene, metalman to name a few. I also collect whatever else takes my fancy at that particular time, ie. if it looks nice and I can afford it I will probably buy it (even if I know I probably shouldn't). I also collect coins from the countries I visit, though in a very ad-hoc fashion.
I look forward to learning more here and hopefully contributing as and when my knowledge allows.
