Say, has Nybears34 changed their username to EAGLE BEAR? Is this the same person? I tried to look up Nybears34 on the membership list and I could not find it. Then I could not find a "welcome" anywhere for EAGLE BEAR. Just wondering.   ???

Good morning everyone and thanks for all the kind comments!!!  Mr John Nighthawk recommended this site to me so you'll have to be nice to him for awhile since he gets the credit here.  I am still having trouble with my user name here but I guess I will stay with Nybears34....even though it is not so knightly.  I have always been a leader and never a follower so I'll be out in left field with my user name.  No offense here and I hope none is taken.
Sooooo on that note let me introduce myself to the membership:  My real name is Bob Pagini and I reside for this year anyway In Rensselaer, New York....a sleepy little town on the other side of the Hudson River from the capital of New York state...Albany, NY.  We consider ourselves eastern New Yorkers and we are insulted if you confuse us with people from New York city...which is another world within itself (and I am sure most states in the US has one of those cities where the money trickles downhill????....LOL).
Anyway....I have been a coin collector since the age of 7 years old and I am currently 57 years old.  I have completed sets of the Proof and Uncirculated American Eagle coin sets (54 coins in total); Peace $1 collection (work in progress); Lincoln penny collection 1909-present (work in progress); Birth year type sets of my Mom (Born: 1914) and my Dad (Born: 1912)...Both completed from 50 cents to 1 cents and also including the $2.50 gold pieces for their respective years; Collect Indian head Gold Pices: 1908-1929 (work in progress) and I also collect various other US gold coins that catch my eye; !952-D birth year type set of me (work in progress); collecting the National Park set of both Pcgs and Ngc graded coins; Have Lincoln cents from 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial and the silver dollars graded and slabbed from NGC and PCGS; and I also own and collect World Proof silver coins from around the world that catch my eye.

Okay guys...that's it in a nutsell for now.   I suffer from CRS.....Can't Remember Shit so you'll have to forgive me if I left anything out for now??
Thanks again for the welcome and I hope to be a great addition to your club.
All the best and Happy Collecting....Bob Pagini (EagleBear)
PS....for those of you who are curious....the NY stands for the state I live in: "New York";  Bears stands for Chicago Bears....American football team I love....and 34 stands for my favorite player of all time who played for the Bears but who passed away much too soon at the age of 46 years old:  Walter Payton!!!!!

PPS....I also collect medals, US first Day covers; also smoke and enjoy a good cigar (preferably Maduro cigars only; enjoy a nice glass of Bailey's and I also from time to time collect "BLONDE WOMEN"....but mostly I collect coins since all the young ones don't have a daddy complex???   Go figure???   LOL
