Don't mind if some of the flips have cracks either, so please ship them out if you have not done so already... looking forward to seeing these in hand.  Thanks.

So far, the orders are all sorted, and about half of them have been sent out.  They have been sent in no particular order, and I hope to have them all sent by the end of next week week.  I will work on the rest of them this weekend and through Christmas, but I don't think I will have time to get all of them out before Christmas.

I plan to make a list with registered tracking numbers once everything is shipped.  That said, for those who received tracking numbers, how did you get them? The only thing I gave them at the post office was the shipping address.

Dwhiz

I use "Informed Delivery® by USPS®"

https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action
This way I know what's on the way and know if it's worth a trip to the Post office.

MattTheRiley

I received my tracking number via Informed Delivery too! Love seeing stuff shipped from Sylvania, OH!

Yes same here Informed Delivery will show every piece of mail and every package that is coming to my address.  Looks like there is a registered package coming from BEAUTIFUL Ohio!
If you want privacy do not sign up but I don’t care!

CA Collector

Informed delivery for me too. Hopefully in time for Xmas.

Thanks again SirSta¢ksALot!

Ah !  Your post gave me the clue.  I was wondering why I was receiving a USPS Registered item from Sylvania.  MattTheRiley post made the light bulb glow.  That's what the Informed Delivery notice was for !  WOOT !!!

I see an estimated Monday delivery.  But I have seen PO Trucks out on Sunday here so I may get it sooner.

Love Ya Informed Delivery !  And, of course, SirSta¢ksALot, for all you do.
You pay for what you get but don't always get what you paid for

So who will post the first picture for us?  I know my package will take almost the longest next to Australia, since I am up in Alaska. TYIA

Any pictures of the Copper colored and the Brass antiqued?  My package arrived in Seattle, 1 more big city to go Anchorage.  Then a 60 mile flight south and I will have the package.  Then I can post a few picture.  It’s making good time, quite surprisingly!

I got a package stuck in New York for 10 days purchased from a dealer there.  I figure maybe 2 nd week in 2019 I might get it.  One of a kind tokens,  not expensive but old.

Stuck in Detroit for 3 days and now shows up in Chicago. Was scheduled for today but that's not going to happen. Curse you USPS!

Mine might not show up today either.  It was supposed to be here Saturday.  Oh well, have a merry Christmas anyway!

Voyager holy Moly, Merry Christmas let us know when you open up your present! For the good of the Realm :)

CA Collector

Woo hoo!  On the day before Xmas, USPS delivered mine. Very pleased!

And thanks again to SirStacksALot -- especially for a great job packing the shipment. Mine arrived completely intact.

One of Santa's helpers dropped off my packet from Sylvania...I have waited this long...I'll wait one more day.

PaintYourWagon's package is on it's way too.

Ohhh man mine is in transite 2.5 days now to go 60 miles.  I have the girls at the post office alerted to have  it plucked up, so I can personally pick it up.  Hope it’s not one of those agonizing 10 day wait on a misplaced box.  We got some stick hands in the Big City of Anchorage.  Good thing it’s REGISTERED!  Let see some pics especially the Colored Coppers Matt.   High resolution please. ;D

CA Collector

I prefer to get mine graded & slabbed (ANACS). Especially nice for authentication, protection, and storage.

But ANACS can't slab 50mm Rounds.

So I was glad to discover that the 3oz medal fits perfectly in this airtite:

I cut the black ring so the medal's edge inscription is viewable. (No need to cut 2 pieces as pictured; these are leftovers from other capsules.)

Available in various quantities from the usual vendors, like this: https://www.amazon.com/Air-tite-Y-50mm-Capsules-Military-Challenge/dp/B00NRBFZ18/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1545858456&sr=8-2&keywords=Air-tite+Y-50mm+Black+Ring+Coin+Holder+Capsules

No tracking number for me yet...  :-\

Looks like I'll be getting my 2018 medals sometime in 2019.  Sort of a bummer when others are already selling theirs on eBay.

Anyways, the pics posted by those who have received their medals look pretty cool.

Got mine today safe and sound, thanks Jim for the supreme effort!
Greetings and Salutations!

Gluggo

Mine came in today safe and sound all the way up to Alaska.  Thank you Jim for an excellent job in packing.  I am guessing many hours go into packing these.  One of the best packing jobs I have seen. Thank you.
Thank you Dan for taking the time to make these coin's.

Here are a few pictures for those still awaiting your coin's.  I know everybody who posted pictures thank you that helped while waiting for the package to arrive and well worth the time waiting.  I hope the attachment process work!

HOOT Owl

Those sure look good Sir Gluggo……. 8)

Gluggo

Hi Hoot!  Then I put them into the snaps for safe keeping.

Special ordered them just for these so I don't run out.

SirStacksALot

Thank you for everyone's patience with the medals.  Thre has been quite a bit more work this year to get these medals out since the amount of members ordering has grown every year.  I am still working on them every chance I have a few extra minutes to get them done.   I will catch up on PMs, a tracking number list, and the treasury spreadsheet as soon as I can.

TKO

Your doing a fine job Jim! I know what it's like to send one registered package, let alone as many as you have sent.
TKO-100

Zoins

Thanks Jim. I really appreciate it! The medals are perfect and you're doing a great job sending them out. The medals are super protected when they arrive.

Since you say it's taking up more time, I was also wondering if shipping could be made more efficient in any area. For his Moonlight Mint pieces, Dan sends out a lot of pieces in the flat packs with corrugated safety mailers and I'm wondering if it would be faster since it seems like they would be faster to seal and pack? I wonder if there are other areas that could be streamlined too.

Just trying to help :)

Bigjpst

I picked up my package at the PO yesterday. They look awesome! Thanks for all the hard work!

Jwitten

Are there anymore cobs left, of either size? If so, I would love one of each.

Anyone else surprised by the 2oz cob's strong Cartwheel Effect? https://youtu.be/KmqEY58appo

My 2018 coins arrived today! Thank you, everyone, especially SirSta¢ksALot for all the organizing/shipping/tracking/packaging/etc./etc.!!

I received my coins a few days ago. I was almost as impressed by the packaging as I was by Dan's workmanship. I can see how time consuming it must have been. Thank you for taking such good care

Humpybong

 My medals arrived.....bloody beautiful.

Only problem I had was the packing.......Australian Customs thought that since there was so much packing it was worth more than the medals and wanted to charge me import duty on packing only.

I think mine might be stuck at Customs. The package has been in Australia
for over a week now. :(
