I have seen small articles on coin clubs issuing medals or wooden nickels before. I just don't know how to go about getting them to do that.

WWWWWWWooooooooowwwwwwwww Yesterday I received silver medaillon too !!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!! It is the most beautiful thing in my collection !!!! Somebody paid for my medallion because I don´t have money and I need to thank lovely members in our Castle. Here is too many kindly collectors and I don´t know who is it. Erik I am thrilled the package found its way to you as I had never sent a package to your country so I was worried about it being delivered. It is good to see that you have a trustworthy postal system that we all can count on as many countries do not.

I have been playing with an online translation this morning and not getting exactly what I thought this phrase meant;

   In Sulum Miles Militis Nos Fides

Would someone care to translate again for me as I really would like to see how far off I am!

It translates to "Upon Each Soldier We Assurance".

But I think we meant it to mean "In each Knight we trust".

In trying to get the translation, without looking through all of our 2008 medallion postings, I came upon duplicate meanings for Miles and Militis as they both mean Knight or Soldier. If I put things together correctly I would get "In Each Knight, Knights We Trust" by the dictionary I was searching in. That would be word for word?
If anyone can find a site with a correct explanation I sure would like to have a look at it.

Paint Your Wagon your site is very good but I still, word for word, get a dual answer on Miles and Militis.

As you know my wife has a doctor coming to the house daily for injections
His best translation was that Militis is a genetiv possessive word for Miles
So it would be In Each Knight's Knight we trust
He proposed it was bad latin for a superknight and said he would try and look it up but I doubt he has the time

Yes, or he hid it very well which I suspected at first but after a tremendous amount of looking I can't find one. Was it intentional or an oversight? It Daniel did accidently forget would this make them the FIRST Moonlight Mint error to reach circulation (so to speak)? Perhaps Daniel has new Moonlight Mint logo in mind? Seems we have a new mystery on our hands but, as they say, someone knows!
